Charlie Cannon

After 12 hours of driving and a terrible audio book, I pulled off at the Hood River, OR exit. Charlie Cannon had moved back to Oregon this last winter so we had not filmed with him yet, he was slinging drinks at a swanky little bar when I got to town. For those of you who don’t know Charlie, here is his segment from “PW06”. The soundtrack is “Dance Move Burglar” by Euromotion.

We had planned on building backcountry booters, and skiing corn, neither of which ended up happening. It was hot, really hot and the snow was not freezing at night so the corn was not to be had and the snow was so wet that it wasn’t safe to huck, but not all was lost. Charlie is the kind of guy that walks to his own beat, so in true Charlie fashion he did something that has never been done on tele skis.
