Flakes in Park City

The World Famous Harry O’s hosted the movie this past weekend. This was our last big show for the season, which is a good thing because Jonah said he would shoot himself (just in the foot) if he had to watch it one more time (not that he doesn’t like it, but it borders on torture making anyone watch a movie as much as we’ve seen it). 

Legendary PW founding father Todd Stuart gave a nice heart felt welcome to the crowd of 180.

The standard abundance of swag was on hand to be raffled off for the Utah Avalanche Center. 

The UAC observers, friends and forecasters were in full force and raised a large chunk of cash to keep us all edumacated throughout the winter. And I’m sure the drinks they were enjoying didn’t come from the purse, well pretty sure.

The movie wrapped up and the white folks dancing poorly to reggae music began!

Jonah and I made some new friends from across the pond! So much for never letting them see you sweat.

Sober Down finished off the evening, but we failed to follow their advice.

Manny the mannequin (and grand raffle prize) has one last visit to the Our Lady of the Snows chapel at Alta before he finds a home for the winter. If it is somehow possible you’ve missed the flick it will be playing one last time on Thursday Dec 10th at 7pm. Admittance is free and the event is BYOB, but we can’t publicly announce that.
