Thrills and Spills
The goal of the day was to go ski some bigger lines since we had a somewhat stable snowpack and blue skies.
We had a rain event back in January in the Wasatch that has left a very firm ice layer that is sometimes hidden and sometimes not.

Finally he stopped. He was fine, and just had to make the hike of shame to recover his ski and pole. Good thing he's only 20.

Noah Howell was still up top and got to hear about the crash, so being the seasoned veteran he took his line a little mellower then Jake.
We wrapped around the corner from what we’d been skiing in hopes to find a little less wind jacked terrain.
The clouds rolled in and we left for the day. It was a beautiful day.
