It’s fun putting together the trailer when you’ve got plenty of great footage to work with. This years was really fun and easy! We didn’t go too heavy on the Television theme, but kept it pretty simple with highlights and a good rockin’ soundtrack. However, don’t think that because you’ve seen the trailer, you’ve seen the movie. We’ve got plenty of surprises in how the full length feature will be presented!

A week or so ago our friend JT Robinson came over to PW headquarters aka my house and interviewed us for TSM. He put together a nice little video. Telemark Skier Magazine is putting out two issues this winter so keep your eyes open for them or go to the site and subscribe.
At the moment we’re sifting and sorting the footage from our trip to Haines, AK. The past two springs we’ve done self-supported expeditions in the mountains surrounding Haines. This year we spent 17 days on the glacier camping and skiing the steepest and scariest lines we’ve ever found. There is no easy access into these mountains so we’re assisted each year by the gate keeper, Drake Olsen. We thought we’d take you on a short flight through the surrounding mountains with THE Drake Olsen. We’ve flown with him the past two seasons and there is no doubt that he is The Man when it comes to fixed wing flying and glacial landings. He always gets us safely in and out of great skiing zones while giving us a thrilling ride. So please buckle your seat belts, place your tray tables in the upright position and enjoy the flight!
